ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent with 5–25+ years of experience to lead projects from day one. You will manage administrative tasks, field operations, and coordinate with the project team to deliver on schedule, within budget, and per specifications.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of construction experience with at least 5 years as a project lead superintendent.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
• Must hold a current, valid driver's license for your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award reviews to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Develop and manage construction activity schedules and manpower requirements.
• Direct total construction effort to meet specifications, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Prepare and review progress and cost reports; manage requisitions and invoices.
