ARCO Murray Construction Company is seeking a seasoned Lead Superintendent to drive ground-up commercial projects nationwide, with travel as required. You will oversee field operations, ensure safety, schedule adherence, and cost control from day one.

The ideal candidate has significant leadership in large-scale construction, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook and project scheduling software, and a valid driver's license. Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast region is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of construction leadership experience, last 5 years as lead superintendent.
• Willing to travel and work across projects.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
• Experience and proficiency working with an iPad or similar tablet.
• Willing to travel minimally within the Southeast Region.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings to receive information and preplanning details.
• Help prepare construction schedules, organization structure, staff, and equipment needs.
• Direct total construction project to meet specs and schedules while optimizing profit.
• Assist in duties including material shipments and shop drawings approvals.
• Coordinate subcontractors to align with project schedules and progress.
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors of schedule changes promptly.
• Assist in preparing progress and cost reports to reflect actual costs.
