Constellation Brands in Atlanta, GA seeks an On-Premise Execution Senior Specialist to drive local market plans and retail execution for our beer portfolio. You will coordinate with distributor partners and internal teams to deliver the annual business plan and enhance availability across on-premise accounts.

The role requires 4+ years in beverage sales, strong planning skills, and ability to travel; English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; four years sales in malt beverage preferred.
• 4+ years Retail Sales Experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry.
• Understanding of the promotional marketing process.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel 20–30% and drive up to 5 hours.
• Self-starter with strong planning and execution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute local market on-premise strategies across assigned areas.
• Collaborate with On-Premise Market Execution Senior Manager and distributors on plans.
• Integrate on-premise strategies into localized plans and prioritize opportunities.
• Build relationships with owners/operators of key accounts in the market.
• Support development of localized business plans and promotional efforts.
• Identify and activate programming in strategic on-premise accounts.
• Report local market activity and insights to leadership regularly.
• Drive retail execution across draft and package formats in the on-premise channel.
• Assist in product/packaging rollout and budget management.
• Ensure tools, investments, and activations align with priorities.
• Perform additional duties as required.
