Job summary

Constellation Brands in Atlanta, GA seeks an On-Premise Execution Senior Specialist to drive local market execution aligned with ABP targets and distributor partners. You will lead on-premise strategies, develop local business plans, and expand distribution across accounts to optimize brand presence.

Requires 4+ years of retail beverage sales, strong relationship skills, willingness to travel, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years sales experience in malt beverage preferred.
• 4+ years retail sales experience in beverage alcohol industry.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% and drive up to 5 hours.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute local market on-premise strategies and initiatives across assigned areas.
• Collaborate with distributor partners and internal teams to deliver business plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners and managers of local accounts.
• Support localized development plans including sales and promotions.
• Report activity and insights to sales leadership regularly.
