Job summary

Constellation Brands in Atlanta, GA seeks an On-Premise Execution Senior Specialist to drive local market execution of on-premise strategies and support distributor collaboration. You will help grow our beer brands at retail, develop localized business plans, coordinate promotions, and report insights to leadership.

The role requires strong relationships with account owners and managers, excellent communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience is required (in lieu of degree, minimum of four years sales experience with a malt beverage supplier or wholesaler).
• 4+ years Retail Sales Experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry (malt beverage preferred). Complete understanding of the on-premise retail environment.
• Working knowledge of the promotional marketing process.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel at advanced level, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of time; drive up to 5 hours.
• Self-starter with strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the local market execution of on-premise strategies and initiatives across assigned areas of responsibility.
• Collaborates with the On-Premise Market Execution Senior Manager and distributor teams on local plans and growth initiatives.
• Builds localized on-premise development plans including sales, distribution, and promotions.
• Identifies and activates programming in strategic accounts aligned with Constellation’s goals.
• Reports local market activity and key updates to leadership on a regular basis.
