Job summary

Constellation Brands in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking an On-Premise Execution Senior Specialist to drive the local market execution of our on-premise strategies and to broaden distribution of our beer portfolio across the market. You will work with distributor management teams to develop local business plans and align with national strategies to maximize brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
• 4+ years Retail Sales Experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry (malt beverage preferred).
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% of time, up to 5 hours drive.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for local market execution of on-premise strategies across areas of responsibility.
• Collaborate with On-Premise Market Execution Senior Manager, national & key account teams, and distributor partners.
• Develop localized on-premise business plans including sales, distribution, and promotional efforts.
• Build relationships with owners/operators of local accounts and support execution of local programs.
• Identify and activate programming in strategic on-premise accounts aligned with brand strategy.
