Job summary

Constellation Brands in Atlanta, GA is seeking an On-Premise Execution Senior Specialist to drive local market execution of on-premise strategies and coordinate with distributor partners to deliver local business plans and growth initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience required; four years sales experience with a malt beverage supplier/wholesaler acceptable.
• 4+ years Retail Sales Experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry (malt beverage preferred). Complete understanding of the on-premise retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of the promotional marketing process.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel 20–30% of time and drive up to 5 hours.
• Self-starter with planning, prioritization, and execution skills to manage business priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the local market execution of on-premise strategies and initiatives across assigned areas of responsibility.
• Collaborate with On-Premise Market Execution Senior Manager, local distributor teams, and Gold Network partners on local business plans and growth initiatives.
• Ensure local plans incorporate national and regional priorities; prioritize opportunities including strategic accounts and promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, and managers of local strategic accounts; support local programs and promotions.
• Assist in developing localized on-premise development plans including sales, distribution, and promotions.
• Identify and activate programming in strategic accounts aligned with Constellation’s demographics and growth goals.
• Report local market activity, insights, and updates to leadership on a regular basis.
