Constellation Brands seeks an On-Premise Execution Senior Specialist in Atlanta, GA to drive local market execution of on-premise strategies and collaborate with distributor partners. The role focuses on growing beer distribution and ensuring our brands are well positioned at retail across the market.

The candidate will develop and deliver local business plans, support promotions, and align local programs with national priorities. Travel of 20-30% is required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience required (in lieu of degree, four years sales experience).
• 4+ years Retail Sales Experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry (malt beverage preferred).
• Understanding of on-premise retail environment and promotional processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead local market execution of on-premise strategies across assigned areas.
• Collaborate with On-Premise Market Execution Senior Manager and distributor partners on business plans.
• Prioritize local opportunities, develop strategic accounts, and drive promotions.
• Build relationships with owners, operators, and managers of key accounts to drive distribution.
• Support localization of plans, including sales, distribution, and promotions.
• Report market activity and insights to leadership on a regular basis.
• Ensure execution of local market plans for draft and package formats.
