Constellation Brands in Atlanta, GA is seeking an On-Premise Execution Senior Specialist to drive retail execution and market share growth in the On-Premise channel. You’ll work with distributor partners to deliver localized business plans, prioritize opportunities, and expand distribution for our beer portfolio.

You should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in retail beer sales, and the ability to travel up to 30% with strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience required.
4+ years Retail Sales Experience in beverage alcohol industry.
Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
Willingness to travel 20–30% and drive up to 5 hours.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Execute on-premise strategies across assigned area.
Collaborate with distributor management and partners.
Develop localized on-premise business plans and programs.
Build relationships with owners and managers of key accounts.
Report market activity and insights to leadership.
