Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years in office management or workplace operations in corporate environments.
• Experience owning vendor and facilities relationships end-to-end, with budget oversight.
• Experience planning and executing company-wide events.
• Experience supporting senior executives with travel, expenses, or scheduling.
• Experience managing multiple office sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workplace Experience: manage daily operations, vendors, contracts, budgets, and moves.
• Ensure safety, security, and facilities operations are up to date and compliant.
• Plan and execute company events and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Support executive travel and expense processes and travel scheduling.
• Coordinate executive visits and optimize office seating as teams scale.
