Resolve AI in San Francisco seeks a Workplace and People Ops Manager to be the heartbeat of the office and to shape an exceptional employee experience. You will ensure the workspace reflects our values of excellence, energy, and care while partnering with leadership to support culture initiatives.

Your responsibilities include daily operations, events planning, onboarding support, vendor management, and maintaining a welcoming in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in people ops & office management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• High EQ and interpersonal dexterity.
• Clear, polished communication across written and verbal channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations.
• Be in the office five days a week.
• Serve as the face of Resolve AI for in-office visitors.
• Partner closely with the G&A team to support logistics, manage vendor relationships, and scale systems.
• Ensure food, beverages, and coffee setups are stocked and maintained.
• Own catering coordination for lunches, dinners, and events.
• Plan and execute team events, including happy hours and offsites.
• Celebrate employee milestones and assist onboarding of new hires.
• Improve office and culture processes and be a culture champion.
