Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace experience, office management or hospitality.
• Experience in venture capital or AI/tech environments preferred.
• Strong service mindset and ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of workplace experience and office operations at the SF headquarters.
• Create a welcoming, polished office environment reflecting the company culture.
• Serve as primary contact for employees, executives, visitors, and partners.
• Manage vendor relationships for facilities, catering, maintenance, security, and services.
• Plan and execute employee events, leadership meetings, and offsites.
• Oversee budgets, purchasing, inventory, and expenses.
• Continuously improve workplace services and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with People Ops, Recruiting, IT, and executives to support needs.
• Coordinate moves, space planning, and growth initiatives as the company scales.
• Develop processes and standards for a consistent, high-quality workplace experience.
