Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal site functions for DV tours and major events.
• Manage SOPs, OIs, and the visitor shadow program.
• Oversee NGA-D Front Office operations and parking passes.
• Track internal/external taskers and manage data via spreadsheets.
• Develop project concepts and design documents with stakeholders.
