Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Representative for Field Services Support in Syracuse, NY. You will service and repair a core set of office equipment, manage territory and customer relationships, and provide 2nd level technical support to peers.

Responsibilities include driving revenue through leads and contracts, maintaining parts inventory, and close collaboration with sales teams. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high level technical skills gained through technical school and 3+ years of related experience, including 2+ years as a Technology Service Consultant I.
• Requires 1 Industry Certification and sustained performance.
• Requires a valid state driver's license and auto insurance per Ricoh policy for roles with extensive car use.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing core set of highly complex office products.
• Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
• Provide 2nd level technical support to other technicians.
• Drive revenue opportunities through supply leads, contract sales, and leads.
• Travel extensively and work with sales partners to maximize opportunities.
