Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Completion of technical coursework, vocational training, or college-level education in electronics, information technology, mechanical systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interest in technology, mechanics, or IT support is desired.
• Willingness to learn, problem‑solve, and work hands‑on is essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to device alerts and service requests to keep equipment operational.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on multifunction devices and printers.
• Install new equipment and update device firmware.
• Partner with customer IT teams for network setup and connectivity.
• Use remote support tools to minimize onsite dispatch when possible.
• Deliver consumables and support new device rollouts.
• Communicate clearly with customers, providing updates and training as needed.
