Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, technical partnerships, systems integration, or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, authentication and authorization, cloud platforms, and common integration patterns.
• Experience collaborating with product management, software engineering, architecture, and external partner technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple integration initiatives and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience creating technical documentation and integration guides.

Aufgaben

• Drive technical execution of OEM integrations with partner teams.
• Provide senior-level guidance on integration architectures and patterns.
• Deliver technical onboarding, training, and enablement to OEM engineers.
• Collaborate with Partner Managers to ensure solutions are ready for customer adoption.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison among OEM teams and Hyland stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to standardize integration patterns and improve documentation.
