Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Lead OEM Solution Engineer to drive technical integration and partner enablement for OEM partnerships. You will guide architects, collaborate with Hyland Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Global Alliances teams, and ensure scalable, market-ready OEM solutions.

With 5–7 years in software engineering or related roles, you will advise on APIs, cloud deployments, and patterns, while delivering technical onboarding, reference architectures, and reusable assets to accelerate

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles.
Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, authentication/authorization, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.
Experience collaborating with product management, software engineering, architecture, and external partner technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple integration initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies.

Responsibilities

Drive technical execution of OEM integrations with partner teams and Hyland stakeholders.
Provide senior guidance on integration architectures, APIs, authentication, data exchange, and deployment models.
Deliver onboarding and enablement to OEM partner engineering teams with documentation and reference architectures.
Collaborate with Partner Managers and Sales to ensure technical readiness for customer adoption and GTM activities.
Serve as primary technical liaison between OEM partners and Hyland product/solutions teams; establish ownership for deliverables and milestones.
Identify opportunities to standardize integration patterns and improve technical assets and onboarding processes.
