Hyland is seeking a Lead OEM Solution Engineer to drive the technical integration and alignment of Hyland technologies within OEM partnerships. You will serve as the senior technical liaison, guiding integration execution, architecture, validation, and enablement across partner teams and Hyland stakeholders.
The role requires deep technical expertise and strong cross-functional leadership to manage multiple OEM initiatives while balancing immediate integration needs with long-term partnership
Formación
- 5-7 years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, technical partnerships, or related technical role.
- Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, authentication and authorization, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.
- Experience collaborating with product management, software engineering, architecture, and external partner teams.
Responsabilidades
- Act as the technical point of contact on standard customer engagements.
- Coordinate technical requirements and pre-sales meetings.
- Create demonstrations of solution strategy and validate with customers.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions for customers.
