Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Lead OEM Solution Engineer to drive technical integrations and partner enablement across Hyland's OEM relationships. You will collaborate with partner teams and Hyland product, engineering, and alliances to translate objectives into scalable, market-ready solutions.

As a senior technical liaison, you will guide architecture, proofs of concept, and onboarding, while documenting best practices and reusable assets.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, or related technical role.
Deep understanding of APIs, RESTful services, authentication, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.
Experience collaborating with product management, software engineering, and partner teams.

Responsibilities

Drive technical execution of OEM integrations with partner engineering teams.
Provide senior-level guidance on integration architectures, APIs, authentication, data exchange, and deployment models.
Deliver technical onboarding and enablement to OEM partner teams with documentation and reference architectures.
Collaborate with OEM Partner Managers and sales to ensure solutions are ready for customer adoption and GTM activities.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between OEM teams and Hyland stakeholders for milestones and issue resolution.
Identify opportunities to standardize OEM integration patterns and improve technical assets.
