Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Senior Sales Director for OEM and Defense Primes. You will lead a high-impact sales team across North America, driving design-wins and revenue.

The role oversees the full B2B sales lifecycle, from technical evaluation to MSAs and large-volume production orders, with up to 50% travel and potential for 100% remote work depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with extensive sales leadership in unmanned systems, defense or public safety tech.
• 5+ years in a senior sales management role with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. citizenship is required for government contracts.
• Background check and drug test are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets and long-term production forecasts for the OEM and Defense Primes vertical across North America.
• Lead and develop the sales team, onboard new hires, and monitor performance.
• Drive pipeline velocity with CRM tracking and accurate forecasting for all deals.
• Collaborate with Silvus engineering, product development, marketing, and business development to grow the business.
• Recruit and hire to build a high-performing team and minimize territory gaps.
• Travel up to 50% for customer site visits, demonstrations, executive briefings, and trade shows.
