Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a seasoned Senior Sales Director to drive OEM and Defense Primes revenue across North America. You will own the annual order targets, lead a high-performing sales team, and manage the full B2B lifecycle from technical evaluation to MSAs and large production orders.

This role requires up to 50% travel, collaboration with engineering and marketing, and the ability to close major deals with strategic partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading sales in unmanned systems or defense/public safety tech.
• Deep knowledge of Federal/State procurement processes.
• 5+ years in senior sales management with big quotas.
• Strong grasp of RF communications and MANET mesh networking.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen for government contracts.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for OEM/Defense Primes.
• Lead and develop the sales team; conduct regular 1-on-1s.
• Drive pipeline velocity, CRM tracking, and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and business development.
• Recruit and hire top sales talent to maintain coverage.
• Escalate and close major deals with customers.
• Translate company goals into daily tasks for reps.
