Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Senior Sales Director to lead OEM and Defense Primes sales in North America. You will drive design-win revenue with defense primes, UAS/UGV/USV partners, and system integrators, overseeing the full B2B cycle from testing to MSAs and large production orders.

The role requires up to 50% travel and offers potential 100% remote work depending on location. Competitive base salary with commissions, plus extensive US benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of sales leadership in unmanned systems or defense tech.
• Deep understanding of procurement, budgets, and operations across Federal or State & Local markets.
• 5+ years in a senior sales management or director role with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. Citizen; background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for OEM and Defense Primes across North America.
• Lead and develop the sales team; conduct ongoing coaching and performance reviews.
• Drive pipeline velocity, CRM accuracy, and reliable forecasting for the vertical.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and business development to grow the business.
• Source, interview, and hire top sales talent to maintain coverage and performance.
• Resolve complex customer issues and support high-stakes negotiations.
• Translate company goals into daily tasks for sales reps; travel up to 50% for demonstrations and events.
