Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant in OCM, Workforce Transformation, with experience in organization change management, communications, learning, and/or organizational design across multiple industries. The role involves leading a small team, gathering client data for design of solutions, and developing work products following project guidelines.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, creating OCM strategies, stakeholder management, and delivering training strategies while aligning HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of experience in Organization Change Management
• Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations
• Authorized to work in United States without employer sponsorship (visa sponsorship not provided)
• Must be resident of one of Hub locations or within 2-hour distance (e.g., Bridgewater NJ)
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, interview and communicate results to management
• Able to work independently and in cross-cultural teams
• Willingness to work in a global delivery environment on large programs
• Proficient with MS Office tools

• Designing and delivering communications in print, web, and talking points
• Analyzing and sharing what’s changing information about the work and org
• Managing development of training strategy and overseeing training delivery
• Aligning HR policies with new ways of working
• Facilitating readiness through client stakeholders and teams
• Leading major workstreams and tracking outputs
• Delivering clear messages to persuade audiences to act
• Breaking down complex problems into manageable parts
