Job summary

eTeam is seeking an experienced OCM Consultant III in Houston, TX for a 12-month contract. The role blends hands-on change management delivery with stakeholder engagement, communications, and training to support IT and business initiatives.

The ideal candidate translates strategic direction into practical plans, works with IT leadership, SMEs, and audiences to drive adoption, and maintains organized project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years supporting organizational change management, communications, training, or related.
• Experience creating communications, training, readiness, or stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate direction into actionable OCM tasks and deliverables.
• Gather information on changes and convert into audience-focused materials.
• Create and maintain change management plans, trackers, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies.
• Conduct interviews, working sessions, and impact discussions with teams and SMEs.
• Document changes to processes, roles, and user experiences.
• Identify readiness risks and adoption barriers; suggest mitigations.
• Develop stakeholder lists, audience maps, and readiness information.
• Create communications and engagement activities for each audience.
• Draft communications, FAQs, presentations, and job aids.
• Develop and maintain communication tools like Teams and SharePoint sites.
• Support train-the-trainer activities and training logistics.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with SMEs and project leads.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and readiness sessions.
• Track completion of OCM activities and address delays.
