The ideal candidate translates strategic direction into actionable tasks, conducts readiness discussions, and creates communications and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years in organizational change management, communications, training or coordination.
• Experience creating communications, training, readiness or stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into actionable execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate IT and OCM direction into actionable tasks and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain change management plans, trackers, schedules, risks and dependencies.
• Create audience-specific change materials and communications.
• Conduct interviews and readiness discussions with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Document changes to processes, roles and user experiences.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with SMEs, project leads and communications partners.
• Support go-live readiness, adoption measurement and post-implementation follow-up.
