Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead change management workstreams in enterprise transformation programs. You will drive adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies, partnering with program leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

10–12+ years leading full-scale OCM initiatives for SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC programs.
Strong experience developing OCM strategy, training, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness plans.
Experience with SAP Enable Now or WalkMe.
Proven client-facing consulting experience.
Embodiment of the Cognizant Way to Lead and Cognizant Values.

Responsibilities

Lead change management workstreams across enterprise transformation programs and drive adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies.
Partner with program leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
