Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Occupancy Planner to track, analyze, and update space data across a regional portfolio. You will be a liaison between business units, stakeholders, and facilities teams, transforming data into actionable insights for modern workplace strategies.

The role requires 3–5 years in occupancy planning or space management, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a solid understanding of hybrid work environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of occupancy planning or space management experience in a corporate real estate setting.
• Familiarity with hybrid work environments and workplace strategy concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, xlookup) and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships across business units and facility management teams to coordinate occupancy planning.
• Execute reporting, data audits, utilization tracking, and space/layout updates.
• Apply analytical thinking to solve space challenges and support project delivery.
• Develop presentations that consolidate data and floor plans for client stakeholders.
