Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Richmond, VA seeks a Senior Occupancy Planner to apply design thinking and space optimization to corporate real estate. The role requires collaboration with executive stakeholders, development of test fits, and strategic planning across fast-paced projects.

The position is hybrid with three onsite days weekly, reports to the Regional Occupancy Planning Manager, and emphasizes data analysis, presentations, and cross-functional teamwork within the JLL enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5–7 years in occupancy planning, space planning or related corporate real estate roles.
• CAD software proficiency for test fits and space planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative test fits, space allocation plans, and workplace strategies using CAD and spatial thinking.
• Create adjacency diagrams, test fits, restack strategies, and move sequencing plans.
• Forecast space demand and produce compelling visual presentations for executives.
• Analyze building data and occupancy patterns to inform strategic planning.
• Collaborate with project managers and furniture specialists in a matrixed environment.
