Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner to guide occupancy strategy, space planning, and client-focused workplace design across a three-year horizon. You will partner with Portfolio Strategy and the client’s teams to optimize real estate assets and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
5-8 years in a corporate real estate environment.
Experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level.
Proficient in CAFM systems and Bluebeam.
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, V-Lookups, formulas).
Strong ability to convey planning strategy with data and floor plans.

Responsibilities

Support occupancy strategy and space management within corporate workplace programs.
Collaborate with Portfolio Strategy and Client's Strategic Planning teams.
Provide quality control for planning processes and workplace design solutions.
Develop occupancy scenarios and analyze headcount/space demand.
Create migration plans, stacking diagrams, and phasing schedules.
