JLL is seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner / Design Manager to support a key financial services client across workplace and retail portfolios. You will lead occupancy planning initiatives, develop planning standards, and guide design from programming through construction to enable strategic workplace solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in workplace planning, occupancy planning, architecture, or related disciplines.
• Experience with financial services environments or large corporate portfolios preferred.
• Strong occupancy planning methodologies and analytics experience.
• Ability to lead renovations and design projects with architects and project managers.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with CRE, Workplace Experience, PM, and leaders to translate requirements into planning solutions.
• Develop stack plans, test fits, feasibility studies, and scenario modeling.
• Analyze occupancy and portfolio data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Establish workplace standards, planning guidelines, and brand governance.
• Review architectural and design deliverables from programming through construction.
• Support workplace transformations, relocations, and portfolio optimization.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to align occupancy, budgets, and schedules.
