Job summary

Engine is building the AI-native platform for intelligent travel and is hiring a Senior Lead OBT Implementation Manager. You will own the path from signed agreement to live TMC bookings, configuring corporate accounts, training agents, and coordinating multiple activations.

You’ll define the implementation playbook, set standards for future team members, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap. Hybrid/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation, onboarding, or customer success.
• GDS experience in Sabre/Travelport/Amadeus.
• Experience administering or supporting an online booking tool (Concur, Deem, Spotnana).
• Strong written communication; turn a setup call into a reusable guide.
• Mentored implementers or built an implementation function.
• Experience in a TMC environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end TMC implementations: kickoff, discovery, plan, go-live, 30-day stabilization.
• Configure platform for each TMC and its clients: policies, profiles, rate programs, approvals.
• Own GDS readiness: Sabre, Travelport, Amadeus setups and ticketing handoffs.
• Deliver integrations: SSO, HRIS feeds, expense systems, BI, reporting, billing.
• Run UAT with agents and admins; triage defects with Product and Engineering.
