Engine, the AI-native platform for travel, is seeking an Associate Director, Strategy & Operations for Options Travel. You will turn strategy into execution across divisions and coordinate with senior leaders, acting as a trusted proxy for cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate travel / TMC operations or strategy & operations.
• 2–3 years in a senior operating or lead capacity.
• Track record turning strategy into executed outcomes in a fast-moving scaling business.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with senior stakeholders.
• Decisive, creative problem-solver who drives work to completion.
• Comfort being client-facing and representing the business externally.
• Fluency with modern technology and operating tools, and strong communication and expectation-setting.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize strategy from plan through execution to measurable outcomes.
• Drive cross-division operating rhythm across Sales, Operations, OBT, Account Management, and Accounting.
• Serve as the Options–Engine liaison for live tools, pricing and tech needs.
• Coordinate contracts and legal with Engine counsel.
• Resolve client issues and support retention and growth with leadership.
• Improve processes to increase scalability and efficiency.
• Support partner-network and global-fulfillment initiatives as needed.
