Job summary

Engine seeks a Senior Lead OBT Implementation Manager to own the path from signed agreement to live, booking TMC. You’ll set up agencies on Engine, configure corporate accounts, train agents, and manage multi‑activation timelines.

You’ll define how Engine implements TMCs and create the standard for future hires. You’ll lead end‑to‑end setups across Sabre/Travelport/Amadeus, manage direct bill and Flex options, and drive adoption of AI tools to document and scale implementation content.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation, onboarding, or customer success.
• Hands‑on GDS experience in Sabre, Travelport, or Amadeus.
• Hands‑on experience administering or supporting an online booking tool: profiles, policies, approvals, billing setup.
• Strong written communication: turn setup calls into reusable guides.
• Managed or mentored implementers or built an implementation function.
• Comfort using AI tools to document, diagnose, and scale implementation content.

Responsibilities

• Lead TMC implementations end to end: kickoff, discovery, plan, go-live, 30-day stabilization; run multiple launches in parallel.
• Configure platform for each TMC and corporate clients: policies, approvals, profiles, rates, and permitions.
• Own GDS readiness across Sabre, Travelport, and Amadeus: setup, queue, sync, ticketing, handoff.
• Scope and deliver integrations: SSO, HRIS feeds, expense systems, reporting, and commissioning.
• Run UAT with TMC agents and admins; triage defects with Product/Engineering; decide go/no-go.
• Build the implementation playbook: timelines, templates, scripts, migration runbooks.
• Train agents/admins/travel managers; create collateral they can reuse.
• Feed roadmap with requirements/gaps; influence product reviews.
• Support Sales on pre-sale technical discovery and scoping for enterprise TMCs.
