Job summary

Engine is the AI-native platform for intelligent travel, powering business and group travel, human and AI agents. We are hiring a Technical Product Manager to own a platform area end to end, working with partner engineering teams and internal product groups.

You will shape strategy, define success metrics, and dive into architecture, APIs, and system tradeoffs to deliver reliable, AI-enhanced capabilities while balancing long-term platform investments and near-term customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management.
• Background in travel, marketplaces, or fintech is a strong plus.
• Shipped LLM-based tools or ML-adjacent products in production.

Responsibilities

• Own your platform end to end: shape strategy and roadmap, from requirements to launch and adoption.
• Define and measure success: turn customer needs into technical requirements and set adoption/reliability metrics.
• Lead with technical depth: analyze architecture, APIs, and tradeoffs; identify AI enhancements for reliability.
• Balance long-term bets with near-term wins: prioritise foundational investments versus customer/revenue outcomes.
• Partner across the business: collaborate with data, product, and business teams; communicate value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
