Job summary

New Relic is seeking a Senior Observability Presales Engineer to establish our presence in Thailand. Based in Bangkok or nearby, this remote-first role collaborates with two Account Executives to drive technical wins across the region and shape our observability strategy for SEA.

You will combine deep technical expertise with strong presales acumen to deliver transformative outcomes for customers, going beyond software sales to influence our product direction.

Qualifications

• Fluent proficiency in Thai and English.
• Strong presales or consulting experience leading complex enterprise engagements.
• Deep enterprise tech knowledge from UX to cloud apps and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes, containers, microservices, SRE, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools across infrastructure, apps, networks, and CX.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presales engagements for Thailand from qualification through to close.
• Partner with regional Account Executives to win new business and expand existing accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and prospects as their observability advisor.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, PoV workshops, and business justifications showcasing New Relic's power.
• Advocate for customer needs with product and engineering teams and evangelize New Relic capabilities.
