Job summary

New Relic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead technical discovery, align business value with the New Relic platform, and drive revenue across an assigned territory. You will partner with Sales, Product, and executives to tailor demonstrations and proofs of concept.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of pre-sales/technical consulting, deep observability experience, and strong communication. Travel required.

Qualifications

8+ years of pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles
Deep experience with monitoring/observability (AWS, GCP, Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, AIOps)
Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenCensus, ELK is desirable
Proficient in one or more languages (Java, .NET, Ruby, C/C++, Python, JavaScript)
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to articulate value-based selling to enterprise clients
Experience with large-scale enterprise customers across multiple industries
Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and set the technical direction in accounts
Own solution positioning and craft product-centric/value-centric proposals
Deliver proofs of concept and customer-facing demonstrations
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and executives to win deals
Build relationships with customer stakeholders and executives throughout sales cycles
Represent New Relic in industry events and customer references
