Job summary

Ensono seeks an Expert Observability Engineer to lead enterprise observability across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, driving SRE practices and FOAK implementations. You will architect scalable telemetry pipelines using IBM Instana, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Telegraf, and InfluxDB, while integrating with ITSM and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

12+ years of IT experience with leadership in architecture, SRE or observability in large enterprises.
Proven migration from legacy monitoring to proactive observability platforms.
Hands-on experience building scalable telemetry pipelines and time-series databases.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise observability strategy and governance.
Lead FOAK implementations and vendor transitions.
Drive observability automation and integration with ITSM and CI/CD.
