Job summary

Ensono is seeking an Expert Observability Engineer to serve as the strategic technical lead for enterprise observability, APM, and telemetry ecosystems. You will transform decentralized monitoring into a unified, automated framework across hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, and legacy environments, designing scalable architectures and guiding FOAK technology implementations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of total IT experience.
• 5–7 years as Lead Architect, SRE, or Principal Observability Engineer in a massive enterprise.
• Experience migrating from legacy monitoring to proactive observability.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern a unified observability framework.
• Lead FOAK implementations and evaluate new observability tech.
• Define telemetry standards and data retention policies.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and lead incident war rooms.
• Drive Observability-as-Code and automation across platforms.
