Job summary
Ensono is hiring an Expert Observability Engineer to lead enterprise observability, APM, and telemetry across hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, and legacy environments. You will architect scalable, secure telemetry pipelines, implement SRE practices, and guide FOAK technology programs to improve service reliability.
You will drive Observability-as-Code, automate deployments and self-healing workflows, and integrate observability with ITSM, CI/CD, and security.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years IT experience with 5–7 years in lead architect/SRE/observability in a large enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Architect and govern a unified observability framework across metrics, logs, traces, and events.
- Lead FOAK implementations—evaluating new observability tech and turning them into production-ready patterns.
- Define telemetry standards for data retention, high-cardinality controls, and cost management.
- Define SLIs/SLOs and lead incident war rooms with RCA.
- Drive Observability-as-Code and automation using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and GitOps.
- Design observability for Kubernetes, multi-cloud environments, and secure pipelines.
