Ensono is seeking a Senior Observability Engineer to drive enterprise observability across multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). This role emphasizes FOAK implementations, SRE practices, and advanced telemetry pipelines.

You will lead architecture, define SLIs/SLOs, mentor teams, and partner with ITSM integrations. Remote work options available; Brazil-based and international collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Lead Architect or SRE with 5–7 years in a massive enterprise environment.
• Experience migrating from legacy monitoring to proactive observability platforms.
• Hands-on in building scalable telemetry pipelines and time-series databases.
• Experience leading FOAK rollouts and vendor transitions.
• Preferred Kubernetes certifications or cloud architect certs.

Aufgaben

• Define and govern SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Lead major incident war rooms and conduct RCA.
• Drive observability automation with IaC and GitOps practices.
• Design observability for multi-cloud / Kubernetes environments.
• Mentor teams and manage knowledge-transfer programs.
