Job summary

Global Edge Group is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and utility-scale Solar assets across the United States. This role requires hands-on operations leadership, contractor management, and a focus on safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in energy, strong BESS and Solar O&M experience, and a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of energy industry experience.
• Experience in BESS and Solar operations & maintenance.
• Experience managing renewable energy assets.
• Operations management or field operations leadership experience.
• Knowledge of utility-scale BESS and Solar PV facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead O&M activities across BESS and Solar assets nationwide.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of renewable assets.
• Coordinate field operations and act as main site contact.
• Monitor plant performance and KPIs; drive improvements.
• Oversee maintenance programs and manage multi‑party contractors.
