Job summary

A leading renewable energy company in Southern California is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Manager to oversee solar and battery storage systems. This hands-on role demands strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to coordinate field operations. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in renewable energy, technical proficiency in system optimization, and the ability to ensure safety compliance. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on O&M experience in solar PV and BESS.
• Deep technical knowledge of inverters, transformers, combiner boxes, and battery systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems up to 1000 VDC and 480 VAC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily O&M activities for solar PV, BESS and ground-mount installations.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot faults in systems.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, NESC, and local codes.
