Qualifications

• 8+ years in utility-scale energy operations with leadership roles.
• Experience starting or scaling a new team or division.
• Expertise in BESS technologies, power electronics, SCADA, and grid-connected assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a BESS-focused O&M team and develop technical competencies.
• Ensure compliance with NERC, NFPA, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with Safety, Compliance, SCADA, and Control Center teams.
• Negotiate OEM partnerships, SLAs, and warranties for BESS assets.
