Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years in utility-scale solar PV and BESS operations and maintenance, asset management, and energy market activities.
• Strong understanding of SCADA platforms, CMMS, and real-time performance analysis for PV and BESS assets.
• Hands-on experience with SMA inverters, Tesla Megapack, and LG Energy Solution BESS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day operations and maintenance of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS assets to maximize ROA and availability.
• Oversee operations of inverters, battery packs, trackers, and interconnections to optimize performance.
• Utilize SCADA and CMMS to manage alarms, maintenance, and data-driven insights.
• Manage O&M vendors and ensure contractual compliance and performance.
• Coordinate with finance for asset reporting and lender/tax equity reporting.
• Onboard new projects and streamline market participation processes.
