Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field
10+ years of enterprise IT operations or O&M leadership experience
Experience supervising distributed technical teams across multiple locations
Strong background in network operations, systems administration, or database engineering
Proven ability to drive change and lead continual service improvement programs
Experience managing SLAs and large-scale operational commitments
Excellent customer-facing communication and coordination skills
Experience supporting mission-critical operations in high-availability environments

Responsibilities

Lead O&M teams across network engineering, systems engineering, and database administration at multiple sites across the U.S.
Drive operational excellence through continual service improvement, modernization, automation, and reliability enhancements.
Own and manage enterprise SLAs, performance metrics, and service delivery commitments.
Oversee daily operations including monitoring, incident response, change management, patching, backups, and maintenance.
Coordinate upgrades, lifecycle management, and configuration changes impacting production environments.
Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and compliance records.
Partner with customer stakeholders to understand mission needs and build trust-based relationships.
Provide senior-level technical leadership to resolve complex issues across O&M disciplines.
Ensure compliance with security requirements, accreditation standards, and governance processes.
Manage distributed team workload, staffing, scheduling, and performance.
Support enterprise projects, migrations, and modernization efforts affecting operations.
Deliver clear operational reporting on system health, SLAs, incidents, risks, and improvement initiatives.
