Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams in site lead or equivalent roles.
• Experience supporting mission-critical IT operations in secure/high-availability environments.
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, service restoration, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience supporting Windows server environments and enterprise systems administration.
• Experience coordinating with customers and stakeholders to resolve incidents.
• Experience with IT service operations processes and ticket management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for enterprise infrastructure in a 24/7 mission environment.
• Maintain operational oversight of enterprise services, monitoring, and incident workflows.
• Serve as the on-site lead for operation services and customer coordination.
• Provide technical leadership to system administrators and operations staff.
• Coordinate incident response, troubleshooting, escalation, and restoration of services.
• Review logs and incident data to identify recurring issues and drive RCA.
