Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; in lieu of degree, four years IT experience
- Eight years of IT experience, with at least three years as a technical lead
- TS/SCI with SCI Poly clearance
Responsibilities
- Oversee storage, systems admins, and monitoring teams to ensure continuous service availability
- Plan and mobilize resources to support mission operations, incidents, or outages
- Host Technical Exchange Meetings with Sponsor stakeholders to review mission schedules and releases
- Lead knowledge transfer, staffing and onboarding of Operations personnel and operational readiness
