Qualifications

• We are seeking an electrical engineer with ABET‑accredited degree and at least five years in power systems design for nuclear plants.
• Experience selecting equipment, performing calculations and preparing specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication to interface with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review engineering design change packages for equipment upgrades to ensure reliability.
• Perform detailed calculations: short circuit, cable ampacity, voltage drop, protection settings.
• Develop procurement specifications and support vendor inquiries.
• Participate in bid reviews and maintain questions/responses tracking.
• Interface with multiple engineering disciplines and with clients during projects.
• Travel to client/vendor sites for design reviews and construction coordination.
