Job summary

Sargent & Lundy in Cranberry Township, PA, seeks an experienced electrical engineering leader to guide a multidisciplinary group on nuclear power plant projects, focusing on investigation, troubleshooting, and delivering compliant designs.

You will mentor the team, define scope and schedules, review progress, and coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction. PE licensure preferred; 10+ years’ design experience; badge for unescorted access.

Qualifications

• BSEE degree from ABET-accredited program.
• Ten or more years’ experience in electrical design for power plants.
• Three or more years leading an engineering design group.
• Experience selecting equipment and preparing design change packages.
• Experience interfacing with firm/client as liaison.
• Electrical system design experience including LV/MV distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of electrical deliverables.
• Define scope, deliverables and schedules for the group.
• Review progress and communicate status to clients.
• Mentor group members and coordinate multi-discipline work.
