Carrier Global Corporation seeks a North America Controls Sales Leader to lead a sales team focused on building automation controls solutions for major customers. You will drive bid opportunities, develop strategic accounts, and collaborate with product development and delivery teams.

You will manage relationships with key customers, present new business proposals, and guide negotiations to secure large projects, while expanding the customer base across NA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ Years of Building Automation Controls Sales Experience
• 7+ Years of Sales Management Experience
• Ability to travel up to 20%

Responsabilités

• Lead a high-performing sales team for North America controls solutions.
• Develop and manage strategic accounts and major bid opportunities.
• Present proposals, negotiate with large/complex customers, and win projects.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to expand the client base.
